[For Fun] Amazing Doll Repainting

Do you like painting? How about repainting celebrity dolls? A celebrity doll is a doll modelled after a celebrity. Read more about celebrity doll HERE. Some of the best-selling celebrity dolls are Spice Girls dolls, Britney Spears doll, and New Kids on the Block dolls. Last but not least, there's a doll that might be new best-selling celebrity doll, too: Justin Bieber doll! By any chances, have you got those dolls? Hehe...

He's a very good artist, isn't he? He's not only repainting the dolls, mostly he has to restyle the hair also. Seems like for him those dolls are not just 'dolls'. When repainting, he has to able to 'capture the expression of inner emotion of the characters'. And since dolls are basically miniature pieces, brush strokes and shading have to be very controlled and precise.

[For Fun] My Backyardigans Neighbors are Columbians!

I was blogwalking at 3 AM when I found an interesting article. It's written on the article "When you were kids, have you ever thought about digging your backyard, creating a tunnel until it reaches the other surface of the Earth" well, more or less the blog owner wrote about that. I though "Huh? Well, I've ever thought about that before when I was a kid." Of course it's almost impossible to dig a tunnel from my backyard to the other side of the Earth. Everyone knows how (super) hot the core of the Earth is. But then I opened a link posted by the writer, it's about 'Antipode Map'.

In geography, the antipodes of any place on Earth is its antipodal point; that is, the region on the Earth's surface which is diametrically opposite to it. Two points which are antipodal to one another are connected by a straight line through the centre of the Earth. Full article at Wikipedia. Double-click on or move the original map to set a marker on a desired location. The antipode map will automatically show it's antipodal location.
